Due to our continued growth and the need to increase our technical capacity in our Adelaide office, we are seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Provide a high level of technical input to water resource assessments and associated hydrologic and hydraulic analysis
  • Provide quality hydrological and environmental engineering services to clients and internal staff
  • Project manage significant client projects in line with budget and timeline constraints
  • Analyse and evaluate existing designs, processes and systems
  • Develop innovative plans and solutions and develop conceptual models of water resource and natural water resource systems
  • Mentor and develop less experienced staff and staff from other disciplines through effective knowledge transfer
  • Undertake fieldwork as required

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree qualification in Civil / Environmental / Water Engineering or related discipline with at least 7 years of postgraduate experience (or equivalent competency gained through substantial experience)
  • Superior technical knowledge in one or more fields
  • High level of technical competence and accuracy
  • Exceptional time and project management skills
  • Strongly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently but also a willingness to collaborate with interstate teams
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and grow industry networks and client relationships
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding service & quality to our clients
