Jamie Kaye

Jamie has been a Principal Scientist at Water Technology’s Wangaratta Office since 2007 and group manager since 2010. He has over 20 years’ experience in environmental monitoring design, application and reporting, as well as having a background in cartography/GIS and land surveying. Jamie has extensive experience in ecological surveys, strategy development, mapping and reporting, particularly projects associated with waterways (instream, riparian, wetland and floodplain).

He has been heavily associated with waterway condition monitoring method design and application for over a decade. He has been involved in the design, review and application of waterway and wetland assessment methods including the Index of Stream Condition (ISC), Sustainable Rivers Audit (SRA), Tasmanian River Condition Index (TRCI), Victorian River Health Works Monitoring Method (WMM) and the Index of Wetland Condition (IWC).
