Women in Engineering and Science - celebrating International Women's Day

To celebrate International Women’s Day, Water Technology’s phenomenal team of female engineers and scientists hosted a breakfast for female engineering students from Monash University.

The students enjoyed the opportunity to talk with women who are already established in the water and environmental engineering field and to ask them about their careers, the challenges and opportunities. It was great for our team to meet eager young engineers in the making and it reflects the supportive, diverse and giving culture within Water Technology.

International Women’s day celebrates the achievements of women all over the world and highlights the work that still needs to be done to shape more tolerant and equitable societies globally.

A huge thank you to the students and team who took part in this morning’s breakfast.
