Working in coastal engineering industry since 2007, Karl is a Senior Coastal Engineer at Water Technology. Karl has significant industry experience in sustainable and integrated coastal zone management, project management, agriculture and freshwater crustacea aquaculture.

Karl has several areas of expertise including coastal zone monitoring and data analysis, coastal climate change assessment and advice, sustainable coastal hazard risk management, advice on coastal policy, regulations and legal requirements, stakeholder relations, community and industry consultation.
