Roxanne is an adaptable and motivated Civil Engineer with considerable experience in design and construction of utilities infrastructure, road geometry, pavement design, wastewater infrastructure and flood mapping. Roxanne started her Engineering career in 2013, with areas of expertise in onsite wastewater design, stormwater management plans, flood mapping, infrastructure design and construction, project management.
