Jamie-Lee’s impressive background spans various industries, including aquatics and recreation, elite sport, and independent HR consultancy across more than twenty different sectors. 

Currently serving as the National People & Culture Coordinator at Water Technology, Jamie-Lee assumes a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives that align seamlessly with our company’s mission, vision, values, and goals. Her responsibilities encompass overseeing the maintenance of our HRIS, developing and implementing comprehensive policies, procedures, and programs that enhance employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, and professional development.
