Bertrand Salmi is an experienced stormwater professional, who has worked for over ten years as a consultant and in local government. Bertrand joined Water Technology in 2016, having previously worked for the City of Greater Dandenong. At the Council, Bertrand provided technical support to the Executive Management team and coordinated a number of flooding, stormwater harvesting and environmental projects.

Bertrand relies on both his ecological and engineering background to progress hydraulic and environmental studies, often leading multi-disciplinary projects. As a result of his diverse experience, Bertrand is involved in a wide variety of projects and often supports our clients and directors at VCAT Hearings (or equivalent). Bertrand also has relevant experience in many facets of hydraulic and water quality modelling and a keen interested in eco-hydrology.
