Elise Lawry
Elise is a Principal Coastal Engineer at Water Technology specialising in coastal design projects and conditions and impact assessment of projects within the coastal and estuarine environment.
Elise has project experience internationally and across all of Australia, with significant projects in the Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia and the Northern Territory, as well as the Gulf states, Caribbean and South East Asia. Elise’s coastal engineering experience encompasses the application of numerical models for simulating hydraulics, waves, sediment transport and water quality of coastal areas, estuaries; detailed design of coastal and marine structures; the design and impact of large scale aquaculture projects; the assessment of local and regional coastal and ocean processes; the review of the impacts of development and environmental pressures on the coast and the implications and risks associated with climate changes.
